LEONS DAMBITIS / PRACTICAL TOOLS & AUTOMATION

A useful solution
can start small.

I help teams find the everyday work that steals time, then build a focused answer: a script, a useful tool, a small platform or an AI workflow shaped to the way they actually work.

A POSSIBLE BUILD / NOT A LIVE PRODUCT

From scattered input to a useful next action.

01 / THE FRICTION

A request arrives

Details are spread between inboxes, notes and someone’s memory.

02 / THE SMALL FIX

A focused flow

Gather the useful fields, route the request and leave a review point.

03 / THE RESULT

A clear next step

One owner knows what to do and can see how the decision was made.

The real workflow would be designed around your tools, people and exceptions.

THE POINT OF THIS STUDIO

The right size of solution for the problem.

A new platform is not always the answer. I start with where time gets lost, then choose the lightest useful way to fix it. You should understand the result and be able to use it in the middle of a normal working day.

WAYS TO BUILD

One problem. Several possible shapes.

These are ways a solution might take form. Each project starts with the actual workflow, not a preset package.

01 / SCRIPT

A small script

For one repetitive action that should take seconds rather than a series of clicks.

For example: clean and combine recurring files before a weekly report.

02 / INTERNAL TOOL

A focused tool

For a job that needs a clear screen, a few rules and a reliable place to act.

For example: turn incoming requests into an ordered review queue.

03 / PLATFORM

A small platform

For work that crosses people and needs shared status, history or permissions.

For example: give a team one place to track a process from request to completion.

04 / AI WORKFLOW

An AI-assisted flow

For messy inputs that benefit from reading, sorting or drafting, with a person able to check the result.

For example: prepare a first response from a document and route it for approval.

HOW I WORK

Find the drag. Build what helps.

01

Observe

See the task as it actually happens, including the exceptions people work around.

02

Shape

Choose the smallest useful answer and make the handoffs and review points clear.

03

Build

Try it on real examples, refine it with users and make it understandable to maintain.

THE PERSON BEHIND THE WORK

Hi, I’m Leons.

I run VRRoom, an events and rental business where client requests, logistics and live delivery have to work together. I have also managed two studios alongside projects and the wider business. That experience is why I value practical systems people can actually use.

DOCUMENTED WORK

Work, with the decisions shown.

When a project can be shared, the full story belongs here: the problem, the build and the outcome that can be verified.

Case studies are being prepared.

Real projects will appear here when the details and permissions are ready to share.

FIELD NOTES

What I learn while solving the small things.

Short notes on useful tools, process design and where AI helps without adding more work.
